Od samego pocz\u0105tku idea tworzenia Wojsk Obrony Terytorialnej (WOT) budzi\u0142a kontrowersje w\u015br\u00f3d wojskowych i polityk\u00f3w opozycji, ale nie z powodu samego celu, a raczej sposobu jego osi\u0105gania. Nie znam w swoim otoczeniu \u017co\u0142nierzy, kt\u00f3rzy byliby przeciwni zwi\u0119kszaniu stan\u00f3w osobowych Si\u0142 Zbrojnych, czy te\u017c ich modernizacji.
